PRE-TREATMENT AND PAINTING

Surin has 17 paintline lines across it various plants out of which 11 are conveyorized and capable of handling components upto 8 tons and dimensions of 6m x 3m and these facilities include  –

• 8 tank tri-cation hot dip phosphating and painting facilities for products upto 2.5 cubic m (At Pune and Bangalore).
• Conveyorised Spray phosphating system.
• Shot blasting Booth facilities of size 12m x 5m x 4m for tippers, trailers, concrete truck mixers, counter weights etc.
• Conveyorised Shot Blasting Facility for Tipper and Trailer parts.
• Paint booths are all Down draft painting booth with airless liquid spray-painting systems & baking with AHU’s.
• Conveyorized reciprocating powder coating facility for components upto 6 meters.
